- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Any item showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

- Items such as potty training seats, feeding accessories, and other hygiene-related products are non-refundable for health and safety reasons, unless they are defective upon receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, you may return the defective item for a replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
