    • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Any item showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Items such as potty training seats, feeding accessories, and other hygiene-related products are non-refundable for health and safety reasons, unless they are defective upon receipt.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
    • Once approved, you may return the defective item for a replacement or store credit.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  6. Exceptions:

    • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
